The question to ask is: What happened to the guardians of those children that were removed from their care? What charges were brought on them for the abuse or neglect these children had to endure? The answer to that is to a greater extent often than not, nothing is done to these people. In 2008, there was a case of a fourteen year old female child who was subjected to severe neglect and abuse.
