University of Phoenix ADJ/255 Week 1 Assignment Ashlee Hodges As United States citizens we all present common rights that are cognise as our constitutional rights. there are twenty seven amendments to these rights, for framework the first amendment is license of religion, press and expression, the second amendment is the right to bear arms, the list goes on but each amendment dictates what our rights as American citizens are. These rights only nurse us from the disposal, not from other citizens or the press for that matter. As a normal citizen we usually do not amaze to worry ab off the press unless of course you make yourself known to the public, like a distinction for example. As a celebrity you become top intelligence in the eyes of the media because both action you make from playing outside with your kids, dining out in a pricy restaurant or passing to the newest night club will be under resolve watch from the media looking for the next big story. I gestate as a citizen it is safe to say that we expect to be left alone unless our actions warrant the press attention. Reporting issues of the media bugger off to conflict with citizen’s privacy rights when the citizen starts to do things that affect the public.



For example a women runs from police and ends up in a high gear speed chase in the middle of town, for one the news is sledding to be all over this story because it brings ethical ratings because this is the kind of stuff people requirement to see, and two, they are going to air it because of the danger this act presents to the general public. The freedom of tuition act basically allows classified document to become unclassified so that the general public has access to them. The freedom of nurture act benefits the general public by allowing them to have the cognition of what their elected officials are doing. This provides a lesser disaster for the government to have cover-up operations and a lesser chance that they will present misleading information to sugar come out the real issue....
