Project One: AS newssheet: Needs to be Sent out by THIS WEDNESDAY: November 12, Next Newsletter date for it to be distributed is on December 6th. Each newsletter get out be sent in the beginning of each month. The ASC Newsletter will consists of: Associated Student Council updates/ reports, Accreditation modifys, ASC Events, issues happening on campus, Club events/promotions, etcetera

- Changed to a MONTHLY Newsletter, not Bi-monthly.
* cosmos Relations Committee meets at least once a month, however I conduct out emails or pull in an announcement during ASC Wednesday meetings to meet with my Public Relations Committee for approaching duties. (Since people were late on sending me their part so I had to postpone the newsletter. The next newsletter, I will run across everyone is on the same page so it will not sent late.)
* Clubs may have a section in the newsletter if they wish for me to help them publicize their event/club.
* I call for statistical data of how many students will view the newsletter.
In order to keep track of how many students will view our newsletter, I will be getting in touch with the Marketing Department in order to instal this happen.
* I need Julie to edit each newsletter- This Wednesday, and I will be editing it always before I send it to you.
* I will need pictures regarding the topics of each written part.
* My question: is it possible to have the Newsletter as a PDF lodge/Link instead?
Project Two: CCSF AS Website Update/Content needs to be started as soon as possible- This Wednesday November 14, and CONSTANTLY UPDATED.
