The documentary “An Inconvenient Truth” by Al Gore has really opened my eyes and made me much aware and more concerned of what is happening around me. Global warming is already an issue point up when I was still a child, it was not that intense though, but I have already heard things slightly it back then. I only new few things about this issue and I didn’t give any interest or concern about it at all. Besides, I was just a kid. But after watching this film, I have just realized legion(predicate) things, things that I should be more aware of. The documentary gave me a deeper understanding of what is Global Warming really is about and what are its consequences. The mien that the documentary has been presented by Al Gore, is very effective. It even had struck me and let me think of many things.
The documentary delineate and described global warming in a way that non-science-loving-environmental-geek would understand.
I have learned in the documentary that the base process of global warming which is the greenhouse gases are trap the heat coming from the sun which makes the earth warm, or even worse, warmer. I also learned that the greenhouse gases are caused by producing too much CO2 or Carbon Dioxide.
In conclusion, as a student, I merchantman help diminish the CO2 production in many simple ways.
