Abstract
This paper will argue the Health restitution Portability and Accountability influence (HIPAA). Medical training is protected at a lower place this Act. There are two unique(predicate) precepts downstairs that Act. They are the privacy and security chemical formulas.
Introduction
What is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)? HIPAA was endorsed in 1996 to establish consistent methods for electronic data exchange, confidentiality and security of all healthcare related data (What is HIPAA, n.d.). Under this law a persons medical examination cultivation is protected. Under this Act each long-suffering meaty have a unique identifier or id number. This number sets the patient apart from other patients. Under this identifier is all of a patients medical history. The Health Insurance portability and Accountability Act was set up to protect standardize healthcare development systems (What is HIPAA, n.d.).
Under the Act all formats for patient health information must be standardized. There are two rules under this Act. Those two rules are the privacy rule and the security rule (Health insurance portability and obligation act, n.d.). The privacy rule protects a persons privacy while permitting essential law enforcement operations to go on.
