My name is Jacob Caldera, over the past few weeks I pick extinct learned so much more about myself than whatever other period of time. Just a few weeks past I was a tenth grader trying to get my G.E.D. and strickle on from high school. Getting my G.E.D. was non something I was frenetic about neither too proud of, but it was an ersatz path for me to get done with high school quicker. I was now raising a family of my own, and needed to take like of business in order to be the best theatrical role model my child can have in her life. It was not long before the school year was to be over, when a tiny little voice inside me became a big H motivation exploding with overwhelming confidence in myself to be qualified to graduate with the rest of the Class of 2012. I was convinced and unconquerable to graduate with a high school diploma, and be dower of the next Pueblos class graduates. I did not hunch where this power to succeed was coming from, until I was introduce to a book called Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath. Just a few pages into the book I was already fascinated with what I was reading. Tom Rath was explaining the many different types of strengths people possessed, and how to put these talents to estimable use.

At the end of the book you are given a code so that you can go on the strengths picket website, and take an assessment so that you can find out what are your top five strengths. My top five strengths were teaching, Significance, Strategic, Analytical, and Self-Assurance. Belief was my top strength. Belief means faith, having trust in something or someone to be true. I was not surprise that judgement was my top strength, because I have a lot of belief. I practice and allow my belief strength to grow when I attend perform. I dont go to church just to sit there. I go to church because I belief in Jesus my higher power. Even though I dont have a corporal birth with Jesus, my strong belief in him makes our spiritual relationship even greater than any other.
