The comparison and contrast of online and on-ground learning atomic number 18 different in so many ways. Educators question if disciple performance levels in the online environment are comparatively partake to the traditional classroom environment. Some practi unrivalledrs suggest that online instruction is insufficient because it lacks the interpersonal environment crated when students and teachers communicate face-to-face.
A study of two masters program at the University of Paisley in Scotland showed square difference in online and face-to-face learning. With online students outscoring face-to-face students ( Stansfield, McLellan, & Connolly, 2004). Librarians bring in online and on-ground student performance on a library subsidization embedded in a computer literacy cross for one academic year. Grades for 536 traditional classroom students were compared to 42 online students. The computer literacy run away at Northwest in high volume (multi-section) course taught by multiple instructors in partnership with a pattern of librarians, there were no significant differences in student scores.
